• Where do my human hair extensions come from?
  We use the best quality European human hair available.
  It comes already coloured and we can match the extensions to your own hair colour so there’s no need to re–colour your hair.

• How long will my human hair extensions last?
  Extensions generally last between four to six months and will grow down with your natural hair. It is possible to re-bond and re-use the extensions after this time.
  A good care and maintenance routine will prolong the life of your extensions.

• How long does application take?
  A full head of extensions can take up to four hours, depending on the thickness of your hair and the desired result.

• Is my hair suitable for human hair extensions?
  A minimum length of approximately 10cm is required of your natural hair, depending on the desired look, to allow for extensions to be attached. The longer your natural hair, the better the extensions will blend, and the longer length you will be able to have.

• Can I brush my human hair extensions?
  A ‘loop brush’ is recommended for brushing your extensions as it helps to avoid extra stress, tangling, and breakage of the hair. Gentle brushing starting from the ends of the hair and working your way up while holding the root area is the best way to keep your extensions tangle-free and avoid ‘slippage’ of the extensions.

• What will my human hair extensions cost?
  The final cost will depend on the desired result and how many you will need.

• How do I maintain my human hair extensions?
  Blowdrying, curling and straightening can still remain a part of your hair care routine as the extensions are 100% human hair, however extra care does need to be taken.
  Care should be taken when brushing or combing extensions, and excess tension avoided. A ‘loop brush’ is the best brush to use on your extensions.
  Excessive heat from hairdryers or irons should be avoided.
  Regular haircuts and hydrating treatments are recommended every 6 weeks.
  Prescriptive shampoo, treatments and styling products recommended by our extension technicians should be used to maintain the quality of your extensions.
  Aftercare instructions are provided when you have your extensions applied, giving detailed advice on how to keep your extensions in optimum condition.
